Shipping locations

We ship orders to:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

Order processing

Australian orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.

International orders (Canada and the United Kingdom) are processed and dispatched within 5 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, sales, or limited releases.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option selected.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing and carrier delays for international orders.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

International orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by the destination country.

Delays & lost parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Give & Toke is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send the order.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and assist.
