Returns & Refunds Policy

At Give & Toke, we stand by the quality of our products and comply with Australian Consumer Law. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Ordering the wrong item or size
  • Deciding you no longer want the product
  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Limited edition items

Limited edition items, including limited edition T-shirts, are not eligible for:

  • Change of mind returns
  • Size exchanges

These items may only be returned if they are faulty when received. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or significantly different from what was described.

If your item arrives:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

Photos of the item (and packaging, if relevant) are very helpful and may be requested to assess the issue.

How to request a return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at giveandtoke@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible
  • We will provide instructions on how and where to return the item

Refunds and replacements

Once the issue has been assessed:

  • We will offer a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

Please allow a few business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange an alternative solution.

Shipping costs are not refundable in cases where Australian Consumer Law does not require a refund.
