1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders to Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
Australian orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days
International orders (Canada & UK) are dispatched within 5 business days
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. How long will delivery take after dispatch?
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping option.
5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
6. Do you accept returns for change of mind?
No. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including ordering the wrong item or size.
7. Are limited edition items eligible for returns or exchanges?
No. Limited edition items, including limited edition T-shirts, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.
These items may only be returned if they are faulty when received.
8. What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can assist.
This is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. How do I request a return or refund?

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged)
Please contact us before sending anything back.
10. Who pays for return shipping if there’s a problem?
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs or arrange an alternative solution.
11. What happens if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Delivery delays can occur due to carriers or customs. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll assist where possible.
12. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-send it.
13. Do international orders have extra fees?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their destination country.
14. How do you use my personal information?
We only collect and use personal information to process orders, provide customer support, and improve our services.
Your information is handled securely and is never sold to third parties.
